The Bitter Truth

Last weekend I watchedThe Bitter Truth a documentary / video presentation of sorts discussing the impact of the presence of High Fructose Corn Syrup to obesity, diabetes and other chronic health conditions.

I know some of the information presented may not necessarily be new to some. I know we all have a basic understanding that sugar = bad, but it wasn’t until after I had seen The Bitter Truth and had it all explained to me, have I finally felt informed and enlightened enough to make better choices about my health and stick to them. I finally feel free from the guilt, negativity, and stress of my weight struggles over my life!
